I did your Black Friday offer for 3 classes for 19.99 and I was charged for 26.99. Could you check on the discrepancy? Thanks!!

I gonna visit NY from 24.12-3.1.2017 and I’d love to experience a class in your studio, especially the longsword class.
Shall I just come along, or do I have to book a lesson this far in advance?

Hi. I am trying to purchase your 4 class package as a gift and FB states use code “slicehalf” for 50%off thru Nov. 28th? The promotion code will not go thru? I would like to purchase this today?

I am looking to schedule a Light Saber Fitness for Kids (10-15 kids) (ages 3-9) class on Sunday2/5, if available as a birthday gift. Is this a possibility? Can someone contact me at my email address.

I’m writing a samurai comic book and I wanted the dueling to be authentic. I was wondering if I could speak to Sensei Rashi about it?

Hi I scheduled a class with you yesterday, a first time trial for $10, the class Is tomorrow. I am not able to attend due to an emergency so I went to mindbody, the website you use for purchasing to cancel, the page told me that it was cancelled immediately so I went to book another class but they want to bill me again. So I don’t know why. I expect a refund for this cancellation since nowhere in the website was it display that I couldn’t cancel, the page didn’t say late cancel, it said cancel, and there was no message explaining any kind of cancellation policy. This is the first time I use either Sword Class NYC I would like to be able to use my first time trial some other time.

    Good Evening,

I am interested in your Kendo classes for beginners, however I was wondering if you offer any weekend courses, or even Friday courses? If you do, when are they, and whats the fee?

Looking forward to hearing from you.

    Thank you.

I have a very specific question, but too personal to post publicly. Can you please send an email to me with an email address I may write to more privately? Thank you. My specific question is for Sensei Raab Rashi.

I can’t seem to sign up for classes. When I put my information in, the form says its invalid. but it isn’t. Is there a way to pay at the door…?
